Join us on Thursday, June 1st at 7pm at Landmark’s Spectrum 8 Theatres for an unforgettable night! We're proud to present the World Premiere Screening of brand new narrative and documentary short films created by talented young filmmakers from the City of Albany.

These films were produced as part of the 2022-23 Youth FX programs, which allowed youth aged 14-18 to explore the technical and creative aspects of filmmaking and digital media. After the screening, there will be a Q&A session with the filmmakers, cast, and crew.

Among them is Alicia, a student artist who has participated in multiple Youth FX summer programs and contributed to a film that will be shown at the upcoming screening. For Alicia, filmmaking is a creative channel that enables her to tell her story.
